Let us show you how your product come to life.

You can place an order (1) via email and (2) via our online ordering system:
(1) Via email you will speak directly with one of our sales representatives. They will guide you through all aspects of your order and provide digital mockups, quotations, and lead times for your reference.
(2) Via our online ordering system you are able to take the design into your own hands with our builder. You can upload images and/or logos, adjust the sizing and placement, and confirm the digital mock up before making payment for the order.

The order lead time is dependent on the size of the order, but generally for orders up to 250 pieces the lead time is 5-7 working days, up to 500 pieces the lead time is 7-10 working days.

Yes, that is fine – however you will need to order via email rather than our online ordering system.

Yes, that is fine – however you will need to order via email rather than our online ordering system. We offer this option ‘within reason’, please get in touch and we can go from there.

Our pricing works on a sliding scale depending on several factors: (1) type of garment (2) printing method (3) total volume (3) size of the printing / embroidery.  Occasionally there are other factors that we also take into consideration such as a rushed lead time.

Once the order is ready to proceed, we will issue an invoice that is payable via direct transfer, e-transfer, or credit card. All orders require 100% payment upfront to confirm the job. When using our online ordering system, the only payment option is credit card and also requires 100% payment to confirm the job.

We offer free delivery within Canada for orders over 250 pieces. For orders under 250 pieces, we can still help arrange delivery within Canada via local courier services such as Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post – all delivery fees will be communicated in advance and must be paid before shipping.

We individually package all garments in environmentally compostable packing bags. All pieces are then packed into cardboard boxes or larger delivery bags (depending on order size) before being sent out.
